Vehicle Redemption
Retrieve your vehicle. Follow the steps below and contact our office to begin the process.
If your vehicle has been recovered by S&S Recovery on behalf of a lender, you may have the right to redeem it by paying the outstanding balance and applicable fees. Contact your lender first to obtain a redemption authorization, then contact our office to schedule your appointment.
How Redemption Works
Contact Your Lender
Before contacting us, reach out to your lender (bank, credit union, or finance company) to discuss your account status and obtain a redemption authorization letter or payoff amount.
Obtain Redemption Authorization
Your lender will provide written authorization for redemption along with the total amount required to redeem your vehicle, including any applicable fees.

Call us at (267) 334-4999 or submit the form below during office hours (Mon–Fri, 10AM–4PM) to schedule your redemption appointment and confirm the required documents.
Bring Required Documents
Arrive at our facility with all required documents and payment. We will process your redemption and release your vehicle upon verification.
Required Documents
- Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or state ID)
- Lender's written redemption authorization
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance
- Payment for all outstanding fees (see fee schedule below)
- Any additional documents required by your lender
Fee Information
Fees are set by your lender and applicable state regulations. Contact our office for the specific fee schedule applicable to your vehicle. Payment must be made in full before vehicle release.
