Personal Property Requests
Retrieve personal belongings from a recovered vehicle. Submit your request below or call our office.
If your vehicle has been recovered, you have the right to retrieve your personal belongings. Personal property does not include items permanently attached to the vehicle. Contact our office to schedule a property retrieval appointment.
Personal property retrieval must be requested promptly. Once a vehicle is sold at auction, we cannot guarantee the availability of personal items. Contact us as soon as possible after vehicle recovery.
What Qualifies as Personal Property
✓ Typically Included
- Clothing and personal items
- Electronics not permanently installed (phones, tablets, loose GPS units)
- Documents and identification
- Child safety seats
- Tools and equipment not permanently attached
- Prescription medications and medical equipment
✗ Typically Excluded
- Permanently installed audio/video equipment
- Custom wheels or tires that came with the vehicle
- Any item considered part of the vehicle's value by the lender

Schedule an Appointment
Our office will contact you to schedule a retrieval appointment during office hours (Mon–Fri, 10AM–4PM). You must bring valid photo ID.
Retrieve Your Property
Arrive at our facility at the scheduled time with your photo ID. A staff member will accompany you to retrieve your belongings.
